As someone who has been 50 to 100 pounds overweight literally my ENTIRE life, I understand the ups and downs of finding a balance between loving yourself just the way you are but also longing to be your ideal weight. I’ve lost 40-70 lbs at a time only to put it back on over and over again.
It wasn’t until my first hypnotherapy session that I understood WHY I was subconsciously programmed to do this. Since then, the weight that I’ve let go of and continue to let go of stays off. The messages that my body is programmed to carry out effortlessly have changed.
I’m not a fan or enemy of any weight reduction method, I’ve tried it all and say do whatever works for you. But if you’re here, you probably well know that diets just don’t work long term. Something deeper than temporary motivation to modify your eating or workout habits has to change in order for your results to last. This is not a magic pill or get thin quick plan. It addresses the subconscious reasons for why we carry extra weight, which in my opinion and the thousands who’ve experience dramatic weight reduction results from hypnotherapy would agree.
So, having said that, you’ll be glad to know this is not a weekly weigh-in group. Not yet another program. There is no specific diet to follow. Everyone is different and the beauty of the hypnotic journey is that you have time in trance to get the answers from your subconscious mind about what you specifically need to work through to accomplish your goals.
It’s completely up to you to set your own goals and find your path to lasting weight reduction results. As your instructor, I’ll give you the tools and the space to do it & as a group we’ll celebrate each others success along the way.

Based on the goals that you share with me at the time of registration, you will receive hypnotic suggestions that will program your subconscious mind to assist you in reaching your weight reduction goals.
By the way, the reason we call it weight reduction vs weight loss is because the majority of loss is associated with negative feelings - lost keys, lost money, lost job, lost loved one. Your subconscious mind fights against the word “loss” and tries to protect you from it. Give yourself a boost in your results now by declaring your weight “loss” goals as goals to release, reduce, eliminate, shrink, or let go of unwanted weight.
