I use the skill of hypnotherapy to help you identify key times, places, and events in your life that caused you to develop the issue you have now (issues often begin in childhood).
Then we uncover the limiting belief that was formed around those experiences.
At that point, I help you smash and eliminate limiting beliefs and replace them with positive ones.
Its so much easier to be successful once the weight of your hangups is released.
All of that can take place in just one hypnotherapy session.
Deep, lasting change takes time.
So through coaching for 1 to 6 months, we can reinforce the positive work done in hypnotherapy.
We keep the momentum going by setting achievable goals and action plans.
As you meet your objectives, you retrain your brain, making success and feeling good about yourself familiar.
